In this webinar event you will learn about how Research IS End User Technology Services (EUTS) provides support for a mixed environment of computers and software at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Research Institute. Also,by working in unison with CHOP Digital & Technology Services (DTS) they provide device and software support to CHOP Research Institute researchers and administrators.

Like RIS Infrastructure Services, RIS EUTS utilizes many of the CHOP Digital & Technology Services support offerings to enhance support to their CHOP Research Institute desktop customers. In most cases you will want to start your desktop support by calling the CHOP Services Desk. If they are not able to immediately resolve your challenge, they will assign the request to the correct Information Services (IS) support team, including RIS EUTS.
