Finding IS Support at the Research Institute Resource

As a Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Research Institute employee, your information service needs and requests are fulfilled by several different teams across both the Research Information Services (RIS) and Digital & Technology Services (DTS) departments.

RIS handles the specialized needs of the research community, while DTS Department focuses on providing for the specialized needs of the clinical staff. Where overlap exists, both departments will serve both communities.

Which IS department Do You Need?

While the RIS department provides many of the IS services and support needed, not every IS need or request falls to RIS teams. For example, resetting your password or setting up remote work access are services provided by the DTS Department and can be requested using the Employee Service Portal.
