The Roberts Center for Pediatric Research opened in 2017 to expand available space for CHOP Research Institute investigators and administrative employees and accommodate future growth. Built to blend into the cityscape, the glass structure nearly becomes part of the sky in the right light, and it provides work space for human resources, sponsored projects, research business management, and Core facilities. The skyscraper also serves as the hub for the Center for Autism Research, Center for Data Driven Discovery in Biomedicine, and the Department of Biomedical and Health Informatics, among others. The Roberts Center offers fantastic urban and river views, community spaces, and a café open to the public. It physically connects the neighborhood to the Schuylkill River Trail.

Brian T. Fisher, DO, MPH, MSCE

Dr. Fisher's research focuses on infections in children with immunocompromising conditions. He is particularly interested in infections in children with cancer and serves as the chair of the Infectious Disease Domain within the Children’s Oncology Group.

Jenelle Nissley-Tsiopinis, PhD

Dr. Nissley-Tsiopinis aims to improve the quality and implementation of interventions for children and adolescents with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and other children/teens with executive functioning deficits, and to improve access to these interventions for diverse populations.

Andrea Kelly, MD, MSCE

Dr. Kelly is an attending physician in the Division of Endocrinology and Diabetes at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and a professor of pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania. Her research focuses on cystic fibrosis, bone and body composition, and endocrine co-morbidities in Down syndrome.
