Postdoctoral Exit and Termination

Faculty mentors and the postdoctoral fellow are encouraged to notify the Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs, Research Human Resources and their Research Business Manager when a postdoc decides to leave Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. 

• The Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs will offer an exit interview and obtain forwarding information for follow-up tracking
• Research Human Resources will request additional documentation and share relevant policy information
• Research Business Managers will terminate the postdoc electronically
• Postdocs are asked to complete a brief exit survey prior to leaving Children's Hospital.
