Solve this simple math problem and enter the result. E.g. for 1+3, enter 4.

The Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs created the trainee profile database to improve its data collection and to assist in the preparation of institutional National Research Service Award (NRSA) Training Grant applications. Completion/annual update of your trainee profile is required for advancement to the next stipend level at the anniversary of your hire date.

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's trainee profile database is associated with the online Postdoctoral Fellow Annual Review system. You can access both at postdoc.research.chop.edu (CHOP Network Access/VPN Required) and logging in using your Active Directory Username and Password.

1. Log in using your Active Directory Username and Password (the same credentials you use to access your E-mail account)

2. On the main page, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and select "Profile"

3. Enter your information/responses for all five tabs - General Information, CHOP Information, Education History, Training History and Publications

4. When you are done, click "Save"

*Note*: If you are unable to access the trainee profile system, please contact the Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs to activate your account.

1. Log in using your Active Directory Username and Password (the same credentials you use to access your E-mail account)

2. On the main page, click on your name in the top right corner of the screen and select "Profile"

2. Update your information/responses for all five tabs as necessary (most sections will only require minor updates) - be sure to Copy/Paste any publications authored since your last review

4. When you are done, click "Save"

Note: Your trainee profile will be time-stamped with the date and time of your update - this step must be completed to earn your annual stipend/salary increase.
