MAGIC Study Resources
MAGIC is a cross-disciplinary study that longitudinally follows a large, diverse birth cohort to determine the relationship between antibiotic exposure and microbiome development, antibiotic exposure and growth over time, and microbiome development and growth over time. The study team has obtained and continues to obtain numerous sets of data from various samples, questionnaires, and study visits. Several resources are available below for study participants:
