He served as a co-investigator in numerous research studies covering a variety of child illnesses such as diabetes, sickle cell, immunology, infections, and mental illnesses.
Dr. Li's methodology research interests include survival analysis, longitudinal data analysis, Bayesian methods, and clinical trial design. Her current research involves statistical designs and analysis for early phase cancer clinical trials and cancer trials with multiple survival endpoints.
Dr. Glatz is a pediatric interventional cardiologist conducting rigorously designed clinical research. He has formal Masters-level training in study design, epidemiology, and biostatistics. Dr. Glatz has an extensive record of research productivity, including multiple collaborative projects, focused on outcomes research in the content area of pediatric cardiology.
Dr. Zaoutis is a pediatrician trained in infectious disease and epidemiology with a robust research program focused on the epidemiology, prevention, and treatment of healthcare acquired infections; antimicrobial resistance; and antimicrobial use.
Dr. DeMauro has special expertise in rigorous assessment of early childhood outcomes of high-risk neonates. Her research focuses on improving outcomes of children with bronchopulmonary dysplasia and school-age assessment of functional outcomes in preterm-born children.
Dr. Guevara is the principal investigator on research grants evaluating health inequities in early childhood development and behavioral problems. He utilizes community-based participatory clinical trials involving parent advocacy groups, community organizations, and government agencies to test the effects of psychosocial interventions designed to provide parents with resources and tools to improve the care of their children.
