Dr. Li conducts methodological research in causal inference, unmeasured confounding, missing data, longitudinal analysis, survival analysis, mediation, Bayesian analyses, and survey methods.

Dr. Zee's statistical methods research includes topics in survival analysis, measurement error, observational data methods, and machine learning. Her clinical research is focused on kidney disease, specifically in clinical and pathology markers of glomerular and chronic kidney disease progression.

Dr. Li’s methodology research interests include clinical trial design, survival analysis, longitudinal data analysis, and statistical methods for health services research. The current focus of her research is on statistical designs and analyses for early phase cancer clinical trials, such as Bayesian adaptive designs for dose-finding trials and platform trials. Her collaborative research focuses on pediatric oncology, ranging from translational research to clinical trials and epidemiology studies.

Dr. Shults works to develop statistical methods for longitudinal data that include semi-parametric approaches to account for subject/cluster level associations and maximum likelihood-based approaches for simulation and analysis of discrete longitudinal outcomes that may have overdispersion.

Dr. Huang works on methodology development to understand the dynamics of disease activities and inform health management using multivariate longitudinal health data. She also works on data integration in Clinical Research Networks.

Dr. Shu's research focuses on developing and applying suitable statistical methods for assessing comparative safety and effectiveness of medical products.

Dr. Jawad has more than 20 years’ experience in designing, analyzing, and reporting medical research studies and clinical trials. He served as a co-investigator in numerous research studies covering a variety of child illnesses such as diabetes, sickle cell, immunology, infections, and mental illnesses.

Dr. Denburg addresses fundamental limitations in understanding of skeletal morbidity in patients with chronic kidney disease, glomerular disease, and urinary stone disease, and develops resources to conduct observational research and trials to optimize health outcomes in these high risk populations.

Dr. Fisher's research focuses on infections in children with immunocompromising conditions. He is particularly interested in infections in children with cancer and serves as the chair of the Infectious Disease Domain within the Children’s Oncology Group.

Dr. Curry's research focuses on the epidemiology and prevention of motor vehicle crashes in children and adolescents.
