Office of Faculty Development
The Office of Faculty Development (OFD) is dedicated to advancing the career goals of Research Institute faculty, with an emphasis on early-career investigators leading research programs. Collaborating across the six clinical departments at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, OFD welcomes new faculty, provides tools for career success, and keeps researchers informed through our website and email communications.
Our priorities are shaped by Beverly Davidson, PhD, Chief Scientific Strategy Officer, and the OFD Advisory Group, a team of nine early-career faculty representing various academic departments and career tracks.
