This study will evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the MiniMed 780G insulin pump system used in combination with the DS5 CGM in type 1 diabetic pediatric participants in a home setting.

Visit Criteria
Over a 3.5-month period, you will learn to use the Medtronic 780G automated insulin delivery system. An office visit at CHOP Philadelphia is required to consent to participate and to start the study devices. There are a total of five other office visits and 8 phone visits. Virtual office visits may be performed for cases where an in-person visit is not possible. None of the procedures in this study are experimental. Participants will be compensated.
