Accepting an Award
Congratulations! Please inform your Sponsored Project Officer and the Investigator Support Office so they may negotiate the agreement on your behalf.

All agreements must be reviewed by the Research Institute and signed by an Authorized Organizational Representative.

Project Extensions
All extension requests are conducted via your Sponsored Project Officer. Please contact them with the following information: duration, justification, remaining balance.

NIH Standard Terms of Award include the No-Cost Extension provision for grantees to extend the final budget period of a previously approved project period one time for a period of up to 12 months, without additional NIH funds, and without prior approval.
