Dr. Robert Grundmeier Receives Oberst Award from the AAP

Robert Grundmeier, MD, received the Byron Oberst Award, presented by the Council on Clinical Information Technology, during this year’s American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) National Conference & Exhibition. The Oberst Award is presented to a fellow of the AAP who has made a significant contribution to the field of pediatric clinical informatics in one or more of the following areas:

• Improving pediatric clinical information systems
• Educating child health professionals in the use of clinical information technology
• Creating health policies that promote better use of pediatric clinical information systems
