Research Staffing Core Tools & Fees

The research study is expected to cover the salary plus fringe of study staff based on current staff salary. If we are hiring a new staff member to work on your study, we can work with you to negotiate salary during the hiring process.

Once staff time and effort costs are agreed upon by all parties, the CRSO Business Operations Manager will send a principal investigator (PI) agreement to the PI with details related to staff time and effort.

Industry-funded Studies

The Research Staffing Core Management team will work with Clinical Trials Financial Management (CTFM) to build a budget to cover the full cost of the personnel assigned to the study.

Non-industry-funded Studies

For non-industry-funded studies, the CRSO Business Operations Manager will work with the assigned Research Business Associate (RBA) to enter approved staff time and effort into the Workday system.
