In this webinar event, you will learn about how Research Information Service (IS) End User Technology Services (EUTS) provides support for a mixed environment of computers and software at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) Research Institute. Working in unison with CHOP Digital & Technology Services (DTS), they provide device and software support to CHOP Research Institute researchers and administrators.

Similar to RIS Infrastructure Services, RIS EUTS utilizes many of the CHOP DTS support offerings to enhance support to their CHOP Research Institute desktop customers. In most cases, you will want to start your desktop support by calling the CHOP Services Desk. If they are not able to immediately resolve your challenge, they will assign the request to the correct IS support team, including RIS EUTS.

Our presenter, Michael Abanyie, RIS End User Technology Services Manager, will provide information, demonstrations, and answer your questions based on his 17 years of experience providing information services and support to the research community.

Registration is required and easy to complete. CHOP employees may register at Sign Up for 2023-24 Research Information Services Users Group Series, using the links provided for the event. Please note Office 365 re-login may be necessary.
