Employee Service Portal – Live Chat and Mobile

Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia's Information Services Employee Service Portal (ESP) now offers live chat and a mobile app. CHOP employees are able to chat with a live Service Center Agent to:

  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Quickly submit non-urgent requests/incidents
  • Retrieve status updates and navigate the ESP

Live chat will be available with a live Service Center Agent Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, and with a virtual agent during off hours. For more information, view step-by-step instructions on how to use live chat on the ESP.

The Service Portal Mobile application is available for all CHOP employees and can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store.

The Employee Service Portal provides access to the Service Center for support resources. The portal can help you submit and track IS or HR requests and provides a large knowledge base, accompanied with the new "Chat with a Live Service Desk Agent" feature to assist with your requests.
