Take advantage of “My Requests” to quickly check on the status of your submitted Information Services (IS) requests and incidents, all while communicating directly with the support assignee.

Research IS encourages you to make use of the CHOP Employee Service Portal 

To check on the status of your requests/incidents, or communicate directly with the assignee:

  1. Go to CHOP Employee Service Portal
  2. Login using your CHOP AD credentials.
  3. Click "My Requests" link in top right menu.
  4. View your requests.
  5. You may add direct comments to your service agent via each request. 

This tremendous IS customer resource allows you to check the status of your requests and communicate directly with the support team handling your request, all without having to wait on a support call or chat session.
