Over the past decade, there has been a rapid increase in the use of techniques such as single particle tracking, fluorescence recovery after photo-bleaching, and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy to study molecular dynamics. We compiled a database of dynamics measurements on nuclear proteins, to help keep track of these measurements and to analyze trends in data. Our intention is to further develop this database into an online resource with built-in visualization and analysis tools. For now, based on feedback from others, we have decided to post our compilation online so others in the field may benefit from the work.

Please note that this compilation hasn't been updated since 2018 and is no way complete. If you are interested in contributing to this effort in any way or have any feedback, please reach out to Dr. Mir at mirm@chop.edu.

Need Support?

A graphical user interface in Matlab is available to help explore the data. While there are some bugs, it is still useful and fun to play with. Download the Graphical User Interface (GUI) in Matlab and then run the MDM_gui.m function. Need additional support? Please contact mirm@chop.edu.
