Office of Faculty Development (OFD)
Supports faculty in the grant preparation process by connecting researchers to funding opportunities through the monthly newsletter and providing access to Pivot, a searchable database of funding opportunities. Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs (ATOP)
Supports postdoctoral fellows and trainees by maintaining F Award Resources and K Award resources related to several grant mechanisms from the NIH. ATOP also offers a monthly funding newsletter and CHOP-authored grants. Along with the Grant Review Communities, ATOP supports the Grant Proposal Workshop series, in which participants receive instruction in the development of key application components for grant proposals. Pre-Award Research Administration
Reviews and approves proposals. Supports investigators during the submission process. NIH Biosketch support, budget preparation, proposal data, and proposal submissions are among the offered services. Read more >
Post-Award Research Administration
Supports all central post-award administration functions for CHOP researchers. This team comprised of Research Business Administrators (RBAs) provide financial oversight support and assistance along with services for spending plan projections. Read more >
