We are recruiting subjects 4+ years old to participate in seated upper extremity activities with a social robot! We are interested in subjects who have a range of upper extremity functional levels. Participants may be evaluated using various clinical measures, a series of surveys, and will be asked to interact with a remote-controlled robot and the remote operator doing various activities. Participants and their surrounding area will be recorded using video cameras.

Visit Criteria

Currently we have open enrollment for subjects at the Penn Rehab Robotics Lab, located at 1800 Lombard St. The study takes approximately 2 hours and consists of clinical assessments and 3 interactions with a Simon says game and target touch game - 1 in person and 2 via telepresence. The study is monitored using surveys and audio and vireo recording.
