"Mentoring up" is a concept that empowers mentees to be active participants in their mentoring relationships by shifting the emphasis from the mentors' responsibilities to equal emphasis on the mentees' contributions.

Our panel of postdocs will discuss how they empower themselves in their professional and personal lives, particularly during these challenging times. Our faculty moderator will share his experience guiding and encouraging trainees to mentor up.
