DBHi's Translational Research Informatics Group (TRiG ) team works alongside CHOP researchers and support staff to tackle data integration projects that incorporate multimodal data, with a primary focus on rare disease research. These complex projects require the collection, management, and integration of phenotypic, genotypic, and specimen data from various sources such as imaging, wearable devices, pedigree, and other clinical information.
