This is a study to measure the effectiveness of the medication voclosporin compared to placebo in adolescent patients with active lupus nephritis. Volcosporin is an outpatient, oral medication.

A Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Dose Escalation Study to Assess the Efficacy, Safety and Pharmacokinetics of Voclosporin in Adolescents with Lupus Nephritis

Visit Criteria
Along with taking voclosporin, participants will also:
- Provide blood and urine samples
- Complete physical exams
- Complete an ECG (electrocardiogram)
- Complete questionnaires and a disease activity assessment
- Take MMF (mycophenolate mofetil)/oral corticosteroids
- Have methylprednisolone administration
- Have medical record review(s)
Participation will last for 24 weeks and will involve 14 study visits.
