Transcript

My name is Sarah Wood and I'm a principal investigator in the Division of Adolescent Medicine, Clinical Futures, and Policy Lab. My research focuses on blending implementation science, human systems engineering, and advanced quantitative methods to improve sexual and mental health service delivery for adolescents so that every team can get care that is efficient, equitable, and effective.

My advice to women in STEM is to always consider the road less taken. When we think about our scientific questions, out-of-the-box thinking can go a long way to furthering discovery and innovation. Thinking can go a long way to furthering discovery and innovation.
