The SLEEPY Study

Sleep is important for healthy development, but a large number of children are not getting enough sleep. We have designed a study that will test different sleep promoting strategies for children. We are seeking volunteers aged 9-12 years, who typically sleep for 6.0-8.5 hours per night. Eligible participants will wear a Fitbit, be provided with a sleep goal, and will receive messages to help them reach their sleep goal over an 11-week period.
