Neuropsychological Functioning in Pediatric CAR T-cell Therapy

This study collects longitudinal data on pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients undergoing CAR T-cell therapy CHOP. Data collected includes psychological functioning ratings, quality of life ratings, and cognitive functioning. Information is collected from patients and guardians prior to CAR T infusion and in the years following, including the transition to Survivorship.

Neurocognitive Outcomes of Bone Marrow Transplantation

This study collects longitudinal data on pediatric, adolescent, and young adult patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at CHOP. Data collected includes psychological functioning ratings, quality of life ratings, and cognitive functioning. Information is collected from patients and guardians prior to transplant and in the two years following transplantation.
