Teens ages 14-17 with BMI in the 85th percentile or above and without diabetes are invited to participate in the HEALTHY BITES Research Study. The purpose of this research study is to find out if we can develop a mobile health approach that can improve diet quality in teens.

Visit Criteria

Participants will be asked to make one visit to CHOP and complete a body size assessment, a DEXA scan, a diet assessment, and questionnaires; wear a glucose monitor and sleep tracker; and provide urine samples. Families will be compensated for their time in the study.
