Utilizing Single-cell and Spatial Multi-omics Platforms

The Center for Single Cell Biology invites you to attend a presentation on technology available in the Single Cell Technology Core. A panel of speakers from 10x Genomics and the Single Cell Technology Core will discuss single cell assays and tools for spatial gene expression and in situ gene expression analysis.

These platforms can equip researchers studying cancer, immunology, neuroscience, and developmental biology with the capabilities to look for molecular insights, dissect cell-type differences, explore the adaptive immune system, detect novel subtypes and biomarkers, or map the epigenetic landscape cell by cell.
