During this webinar, field application scientist Joseph Maffei, PhD, will introduce a new solution for in situ single-cell spatial genomics. Vizgen's MERSCOPE® Platform enables direct profiling of the spatial organization of intact tissue with genomic-scale throughput. The novel spatial biology platform is powered by MERFISH technology and capable of profiling up to 500 genes and co-detecting up to six proteins in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded, fresh frozen, and fixed frozen tissue types. Dr. Maffei will demonstrate how the platform can be applied to a wide range of biological research areas and share recent scientific discoveries enabled by the platform.
