Center for Single Cell Biology Seminar Series - Apr. 4, 2022

The Center for Single Cell Biology (CSCB) invites you to attend a special presentation on spatial profiling capabilities now available at CSCB Service Core. The hybrid seminar will feature guest speaker Kalyan Chavda, PhD, field applications scientist at NanoString Technologies, who will give details on how the GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler combines spatial and molecular profiling technologies. This combination of high-plex, high-throughput spatial profiling enables researchers to rapidly and quantitatively assess the biological implications of the heterogeneity within tissue samples. After the presentation, attendees are invited to stay for a Q&A session. Lunch will be provided!
