The Single Cell Technology Core from the Center for Single Cell Biology is co-hosting a workshop featuring new technology available when working with the Core.

Bridging Histology & Genomics Lunch and Learn

CHOP's Single Cell Technology Core now offers technology that expands sample accessibility, enabling the transfer of transcriptomic analytes from formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE), fresh frozen, fixed frozen, archived slides, and tissue microarrays on standard glass slides into the existing molecular profiling workflow.
