Thank you for your interest in submitting an event!

All research event requests must be submitted through Creative Services for content review, format, and design of the event website item/posting. Please submit suggested copy that is as close to "publication-ready" as possible.

Public event submissions will be included in the areas below, unless otherwise specified:

  • Events section on this website
  • Digital signage displays (condensed version) located in CTRB, ARC, and Roberts as well as the CTRB elevator display cases.
  • Included on the @CHOP Research page

You will receive two versions for final review: an edited full-length version and a condensed version to fit campus digital signage parameters. Please review within 48 hours, and refrain from submitting changes after final approval. Additional late changes may delay your event posting.

Event Promotion
Events published to Research Institute's external website, via the Upcoming Events page, will reach all CHOP Research faculty and staff as well as the public

Alternatively, events can also be publicized to internal - only audiences, via the @CHOP Research Community page, or digital signage in select Research Buildings.
