Service: Expertise Knowledge Platform Access Request

Step 1

Connect to http://cirrus.research.chop.edu and click "Cirrus Log In"

Step 2

At the log in prompt, enter your CHOP username, check off "Remember this setting" and click "Next"

Step 3

Enter your CHOP password and click the "Sign in" button.

Step 4

Click on Consume tab (it should be the default when you first log in)

Step 5

In the search for Catalog Items field, type "EKP" and Choose "Request Access to EKP"

Or in the sidebar, under search projects and Click to select "Research Resource Services" catalog item in the left navigation pane and then select "Request Access to EKP"

Step 6

Please indicate if this request is for personal use. Please leave a comment for the approver on the nature of the request.

Step 7

If this is request is on behalf someone else, please check the box "On Behalf" otherwise just leave it empty.

• Enter CHOP user first name or last name and choose the user from the pop-up menu. If you need to add other users, please click the x icon to remove the name typed and type another user first or last name then choose the new user to add to the list – as per the screenshot below.

• If this is your personal request, leave the check box empty

Step 8

Click "Submit" to finish
