In Delaware, Child Development Watch is the name of the government agency that provides screening, evaluation, assessment, service coordination, and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development at no cost to families. Recommended therapies or interventions may be billed.

There are no additional charges for children who are covered by Medicaid; however, if your child has other health insurance, that insurance will be billed and families may be responsible for a co-pay. A sliding scale fee will be determined based on family size and income. Service coordination will work with families around payment and other issues.
