eIACUC is CHOP IACUC’s electronic submission system. It is one of several modules available through the eResearch Portal, a comprehensive suite of integrated web-based applications for research administration and compliance oversight processes.
The first step to accessing eIACUC as a new user is to request an eResearch account. This account automatically provides access to all eResearch modules, not just eIACUC. It can be requested by completing the Request eResearch Account form. eResearch accounts are created by Research IS and typically take up to 2 business days.
All new protocols, 3-year renewals, annual reviews and amendments to approved protocols (including personnel amendments) are required to be submitted via the eIACUC system.
