Request for Applications 2024: Bridge to Faculty Program

The Bridge to Faculty Program supports diverse CHOP-based PhD or MD/PhD postdoctoral fellows and early-stage scientists from historically underrepresented groups prepare for a successful transition to tenure track faculty by:

• Positioning program participants to be competitive on the job market
• Supporting them during the application and interview process
• Preparing them for the rigorous expectations of a tenure track faculty position driving advancement and promotion

Applicants must submit a completed application package (including reference letters and a letter of support from their CHOP-based mentor) by Jan. 15, 2024.

Successful applicants will be notified in March with a start date of July 1, 2024.
