Trainees and research staff can schedule a virtual chat session with staff members from Academic Training and Outreach Programs (ATOP) for professional development and connection to resources. During these one-on-one sessions, ATOP staff will provide guidance and connect you to resources on various topics including, but not limited to:

  • Career Advice and Exploration
  • Networking/Alumni Network Connection
  • CV, Resume, or Cover Letter Review
  • Accountability/Coaching
  • Annual and Mid-Year Performance Review Preparation
  • Postdoc-to-Staff Transition Meeting
