CHOP Postdoc Alliance: Postdoc Partner Program (P3) Buddies

Help our incoming international postdocs!

The CPA International Committee is seeking postdocs who have been at CHOP for at least 1 year and are interested in serving with the Postdoc Partner Program (P3) as a ‘buddy’ for an incoming international postdoc. The aim of P3 is to support new international postdocs as they prepare for their arrival at CHOP and the Philadelphia area.
New postdocs traveling from abroad may need assistance or advice when it comes to:

-Finding housing
-Acclimating to life in the U.S.
-Arranging childcare and more

P3 program officially ends 2 months after the new postdoc’s arrival, with any continuing interaction at the discretion of both postdocs.
