Submit an Announcement

Thank you for your interest in submitting an announcement!

All research announcement requests must be submitted through Creative Services for content review, format, and design of the news item/announcement. Please submit suggested copy that is as close to "publication-ready" as possible.

Announcement submissions will be included in the areas below, unless otherwise specified:

Announcements section on this website
Digital signage displays (condensed version) located in CTRB, ARC, and Roberts as well as the CTRB elevator display cases.
Included on the @CHOP Research page

You will receive two versions for final review: an edited full-length version and a condensed version to fit campus digital signage parameters. Please review within 48 hours, and refrain from submitting changes after final approval. Additional late changes may delay your announcement posting.
