Jian Meng Fan received her bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Analysis and Tests from Shanghai JiaoTong University School of Medicine. She worked as a clinical laboratory technologist in Ruijin Hospital in Shanghai, China, for more than15 years. After moving to the U.S., she was a research technician in the Division of Hematology at Washington University in St. Louis from 2007-2010. Fan joined the Comprehensive Bone Marrow Failure Center in 2010. Currently, she is participating in a project to gain understanding the role of AML derived extracellular vesicles in hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells in leukemic niche.
