Bo Li, PhD

Core Faculty
Dr. Bo Li is a core faculty member in the Center for Computational and Genomic Medicine.
Bio
Dr. Li investigates the quantitative behaviors of the adaptive immune system using computational, genomics and machine learning approaches. His current research focuses on the following areas:
- Using the blood T cell receptor repertoire as a novel biomarker to detect early-stage cancer and other immunological conditions
- How and which cancer cells 'hijack' mitochondria from nearby T cells in vivo
- Using articifical intelligence-models to identify tumor-associated antibody sequences from large human genomics sequencing data.
