This study will involve both clinical exams, an in-person survey and online surveys. The exams include clinical exams of muscle strength, muscle strength test with myometry, the 6 minute walk test, among others. If you are a patient most of these will be completed as part of your routine care. During the 6 minute walk test, you will be asked to walk back and forth at a comfortably quick pace in order to go as far as you can in 6 minutes. Exams can either performed at the Mitochondrial Disease Clinic Center at CHOP or remotely via video visit.
