Register for the CHOP PCEN Fall 2025 Grant Writing Workshop

The CHOP NIH-funded Pediatric Center of Excellence in Nephrology (PCEN) is thrilled to announce our upcoming fall grant writing workshop. Designed to foster career development among junior faculty in pediatric nephrology, this workshop leverages the expertise of Dr. Babette Zemel, co-leader of the Clinical Grant Proposal Success Program at CHOP.

About the Workshop

Each four-session workshop is cohort-based and provides the opportunity to:

• Learn more about F- or K-type/career development grant applications.
• Present and review specific aims, biosketches, training plans, and feedback from mentors or collaborators (depending on draft status).

Enrollment and Registration

Four to six participants will be enrolled to provide the strongest level of support to each respective participant. PCEN will only accept grants proposing clinical or translational research.

Deadline

Register by Friday, August 29, 2025, to be considered. The workshop will begin in the second week of September 2025.
