Please note that submitting the form does not guarantee we will partner with you on your research. We reserve the right to review and approve all project partnerships based on our staff capacity and proposed project's alignment with our mission and content expertise.
We use a full-time equivalent (FTE) model so any team that needs ongoing project support or consultation will pay for specific core team members’ time according to the agreed upon scope of work. Qualitative research can be a gradual iterative process with extended timelines, unpredictable research settings, and varying levels of participant engagement. We will discuss these considerations during scope development and hold standing meetings to revisit whether FTE support needs to be adjusted based on how the project unfolds.
Individual and team-based trainings, whether delivered as a stand-alone service or as part of a larger scope of work, will be billed separately.
