Self-Service Password Reset Services

Passwords for most systems can be reset passwords yourself, without calling the Service Desk. This service allows you to change your Active Directory password -- the one you use to access systems such as Epic, the CHOP network, email, Bravo!, myCareer and more. Passwords can be reset though forgotpassword.chop.edu.
Passwords for some other systems, including radiology applications, cannot be set online. Call the Service Desk.
You can use our online tool to reset your Active Directory password -- the password you use to log into the CHOP network and systems including e-mail, Epic, @CHOP, myCareer@CHOP and others.
Passwords for some other systems, including radiology applications, cannot be reset online. If you need access, contact the Help Desk at 4-HELP (1-215-590-4357) to reach the IS Support Center.
Simply avoid this extra step by going directly to forgotpassword.chop.edu/. Users have found that self-service takes only about a third of the time needed when you call.
