Office and Lab Relocations

Get assistance moving and re-connecting computer equipment as part of an approved lab or office relocation. Does not include larger lab equipment. For that please seek help from Facilities or visit the Facilities Service Portal.

Check Request Status

To check the status of your request, go to the CHOP Employee Service Portal https://chop.service-now.com/esp (log in required):

  • Click the "My Requests" tab, located at the top of the page
  • Select the specific request record you wish to view
    • If you do not see the request you're looking for, click "View All Requests"
  • Once you’re viewing the specific request, locate the "Ticket Details" column on the right side of your screen
  • Under "Stage" field, you will find the request status (ie. Procurement, Awaiting Delivery, Fulfillment)
