Recruitment Material Support and Development

Tear Pad/Flyer Recruitment Support:

The Recruitment Enhancement Core (REC) provides support for recruitment material development and posting. Tear pad boards are mounted throughout the hospital including in the Main Atrium, Main Cafeteria, Wood Hall, Emergency Department, and at some of the Primary Care Centers. These are the only approved places to mount study recruitment materials on CHOP's main campus. The REC will provide tear pad templates for study teams to fill out. Once the language is agreed upon between the REC and study team, Creative Services will format the tear pad with branding and an approved photo. The REC will then have initial tear pad materials ordered free of charge for study teams. The REC will provide assistance with other recruitment material development including review of materials for lay language and to comply with CHOP policies.
