Outreach Project Request

Research IS Outreach Services is ready, upon request, to provide consultations on Research Information Services technologies, services, and support, based on immediate and near future information service needs. Providing discovery, planning, and management of project contributions with multiple information services teams and departments across enterprise CHOP.

This service should be request by CHOP Research Institute faculty or administrators seeking information technology expertise and guidance related to projects with unusual or novel requirements. This is the request path for RIS and Digital & Technology Services (DTS) members seeking these services.

Outreach projects also provide a general overview of all Research Information Services services, our teams, and our relationship with CHOP DTS department. When CHOP DTS applications, support, and services are involved Research IS Outreach Services will provide instruction on how best to access them and assist with managing complex requests.

Please Note: RIS Outreach Services does not submit requests to other information services teams; this to keep lines of service and support communications open between the requestor and providers.
