Research Creative Services offers content editing, design, and distribution of CHOP Research Institute announcement postings.

Submitting a Research Institute announcement is easy! Simply go to www.research.chop.edu/announcement-submission and click on "Submit an Announcement."

When you submit an announcement, you can choose your audience:

  • The external Announcements section on the Research Institute's website is visible to people inside and outside of the organization.
  • The internal Announcement section on @CHOP Research reaches CHOP employees only.
  • Or you have the option for your announcement to appear both externally and internally.
  • Announcements also can be displayed on digital signage within the Roberts and Abramson buildings on the Research Institute's campus.

Once you submit the announcement form, a member of the Research Creative Services team will contact you to confirm your submission. Please allow for a turnaround time of five days. During that time, you will receive communication from our editorial and design teams to approve the copy and visual components that accompany your announcement. Once the announcement is posted in your chosen locations, you'll receive the links to share with colleagues.
