The Supply Chain Content Team maintains the data in Coupa by implementing PunchOut Catalogs, uploading Supplier Item and Pricing files (e.g., part numbers, descriptions, pricing, images, etc.), and ensuring data integrity.

View the Coupa Add Request Form. This form is only for items that are currently inaccessible through Hosted or Punchout catalogs. If your items will be purchased on a frequent basis, submit this form to the Supply Chain Content Team for review. When submitting this form, you may attach a quote and provide supplier contact information if available.
