Computer Configuration Request

Submit a Computer Configuration Request for non-break/fix related computer requests. Examples include operating system updates (Mac OS, Windows), hardware installation/setup, and general IT equipment support.
For repairs and urgent IT equipment requests, please be sure to use the Computer Hardware Repair service.
To request administrative access to your workstation, please submit a request via the ServiceNow Employee Service Center. All requests for administrative access are reviewed thoroughly to validate the requested access is both appropriate and necessary.
Check Request Status
To check the status of your request, go to the Employee Service Center (log in required):
- Click the "My Requests" tab, located at the top of the page
- Select the specific request record you wish to view
- If you do not see the request you're looking for, click "View All Requests"
- Once you’re viewing the specific request, locate the "Ticket Details" column on the right side of your screen
- Under "Stage" field, you will find the request status (ie. Procurement, Awaiting Delivery, Fulfillment)
