CHOP Summer Scientific Research Colloquium

The CHOP Summer Scientific Research Colloquium is designed as an opportunity for students and trainees to build community and learn more about biomedical research at CHOP. The series provides research and career development insights from some of CHOP's most distinguished faculty and mentors. Speakers lead interactive discussions aimed at demystifying academic medicine and share their experience pursuing a biomedical research career.

Speakers are selected by the Office of Academic Training and Outreach Programs. If you would like to make a speaker recommendation, please e-mail atop [at] chop.edu (atop[at]chop[dot]edu).

The seminar series is open to the broader CHOP community. View previous speakers.

Summer Intern Poster Session

Our annual Summer Intern Poster Session (SIPS) is the culmination of the summer's research experience for our students, whereby they have the opportunity to present the researcher they worked on over the summer. It's an excellent opportunity for them to practice oral presentation and communicating their science.
